ChartLogic EMR includes a Referral Reply Letter system that can pull exam elements such as the treatment plan, diagnosis, and/or prescriptions, or you can send the entire encounter note with the letter. In a few seconds, you can send a brief or detailed letter to the referring provider.

For primary care, you can send a referral letter using the same system. This allows you to quickly document and send a referral letter to a specialist or other provider for a consult.
