ChartLogic EMR | Messaging

In a typical patient encounter, there are several communications that must occur between the doctor and their support staff. Many of these are tied to a task that needs to be completed in order to properly care for the patient.

ChartLogic EMR includes Messaging, a tool with a simple process to communicate those tasks ... electronically.

Each task that is sent electronically is automatically sent to the desired person, and then is saved to the patient's electronic health record (EHR). This creates a full audit trail for follow-up and the tracking of each care item within the ChartLogic medical office software. To speed up the process of sending standard messages, ChartLogic Messaging makes it simple to create and send messages with pre-defined templates. The physician can send a message to the medical assistant to schedule a patient surgery with just a couple clicks.
