Registering patients is a necessary evil that takes up a great deal of man-hours. Patient demographics and insurance information must be entered in the medical billing software in order for billing to occur. With the Patient Photo, demographic information, insurance summary, and account balance summary all at your fingertips, life is much easier at the front desk.

Put it on my tab. Patient Registration is simple and easy with all forms logically organized into tabs for rapid data entry. Time is saved entering data, and training a new employee is a snap. In addition, certain fields can be required to ensure data is complete and accurate prior to scheduling or seeing the patient.

ID please? Instead of asking for the card every time you see a patient, you can simply make sure the card matches the one in the electronic file. ChartLogic stores images of the patient identification cards, including insurance cards electronically in the medical practice management system.
