ChartLogic PM | User Dashboard

One of the nice features of any electronic health records system is the ability to show an at-a-glance view of the world, without having to spend countless hours compiling the data. However, the medical practice management world has always required the practice staff to run 10 different reports to gather this information. When the user logs into ChartLogic Practice Management they see all of their pertinent information.

A tisket, a Task-et. See the user's entire task list on the ChartLogic PM User Dashboard. All tasks are completely auditable and reportable. The tasks that are due today will show in black. Tasks in red are already past due.

Linked In. ChartLogic always keeps users up-to-date by displaying the latest news and alerts when they first log in to the medical practice management software. A list of useful links on the dashboard means training, support, or the printable user manual is only one click away. Anyone using the system can also link to ChartLogic's website or other important places.

It's the Paparazzi. A quick snapshot of the practices' financial health is always available on the User Dashboard in the medical office software. The medical billing software dashboard shows the productivity and collection health in a month-to-date and a year-to-date format, as well as a comparison to last year's month or year to date information. It is easy to quickly see the average days in A/R and other key performance indicators. Some call it business logic, ChartLogic calls it logical business.
