ChartLogic iAchieve EMR | Patient Tracker

One of the more common occurrences in a busy medical practice is losing track of who goes where. This issue goes away with the ChartLogic iAchieve EHR Patient Tracker. As each patient is checked in at the front desk with the medical practice management software, the Tracker takes over. The Tracker informs all EMR software users, as the patient is moved through the standard clinic workflow. With the EMR Patient Tracker, the support staff including Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Phlebotomists, Lab Techs and X-Ray Techs is immediately aware of the patient status and location.

With an electronic health record, there is no paper chart. The Patient Tracker feature of the electronic medical records software replaces the chart in the exam room door and the old lights or flags system.
