ChartLogic is looking for a technical and customer service oriented individual to join our Client Management team. This position requires strong follow-up and organizational skills to support and maintain client needs. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills are essential along with efficient time-management skills. Previous call center experience is required. Previous account management and software training experience is also a plus.
This position is a full-time position based in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the ChartLogic corporate offices.
