Orthopaedic Cinema is accessed through ChartLogic EMR and can be pre-associated with ICD-9 codes within Diagnosis Director™. Orthopaedic Cinema also generates a patient education movie log which tracks whether a patient watches the movie. This is documented in the electronic health record in ChartLogic EMR. Orthopaedic Cinema can be launched from within the electronic medical records software, locking the screen for HIPAA compliance, and preventing unauthorized access to the electronic medical records.
