In 1994 a team of medical experts and information technology specialists came together to create the first ChartLogic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to resolve the issues surrounding patient chart management. The goal was to create software that caters to the specific needs of individual physicians and their specialties, practices, and charting styles. ChartLogic's Electronic Medical Office enables medical practices to transition from paper charting to paperless charting with ease, utilizing the same technique that physicians have used for years - their voice! Since 1994 ChartLogic has seen positive growth and expanded its software suite from the original stand-alone EMR to a complete front-to-back electronic medical office solution. ChartLogic EMR features our own Precision Voice EMR technology that enables physicians to create patient charts electronically. We include a fully integrated Practice Management System that fulfills all scheduling and billing needs, a fully integrated Document Management module, connectivity to medical diagnostic devices, a robust patient education module and IT services.
