This position requires strong follow-up and organizational skills to support and maintain client needs. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills are essential along with efficient time management skills. Previous call center experience is required. Previous account management and software training experience is also a plus.

Staff Accountant is part of an accounting and finance team responsible for the general ledger close, budgeting, analysis and financial reporting functions.
