ChartLogic is looking for a technical and customer service oriented individual to join our Client Management team. This position requires strong follow-up and organizational skills to support and maintain client needs. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills are essential along with efficient time management skills. Previous call center experience is required. Previous account management and software training experience is also a plus.

This position is a full-time position based in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the ChartLogic Corporate Offices.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Client Services:

  • Provide professional service to ChartLogic customers
  • Take incoming support calls
  • Ensure yearly client renewal
  • Perform post implementation efficiency advancement training
  • Coordinate client upgrades
  • Provide assistance to sales counterparts
  • Return calls in a timely manner (follow up)
  • Strive towards first call resolution and provide an issue number for ongoing calls
  • Escalate all issues that are unresolved after 24 hours to Client Services Manager
