As an add-on to ChartLogic EMR, ChartLogic DM increases office efficiency and productivity with a variety of new features and functionality. Document Management replaces the Scanned Charts solution of ChartLogic EMR. There are several benefits that ChartLogic EMR customers will realize with this new program.
Anywhere, anytime, anyplace. ChartLogic DM is available from anywhere in the world, securely across the internet. For a busy practice with multiple locations, including small satellites, Document Management is an accessibility dream come true. Check any electronic health record from home, the satellite office, the hospital, or even on the train.
Find the right one. The workflow for providers is enhanced by using document types to categorize each document, ensuring the user will find the exact document that they are looking for. See a date, exact document type, comments, and thumbnail image prior to opening the document, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Beam me up. The Medical Records staff will see an increase in productivity with the Batch Scanning module. Users can now separate the scanning function from the indexing process, with batch scanning, work queues, and pre-indexing functions. Save time and money by scanning large batches of files at once, to a central location, where it can be indexed by the scanning person, a different person, or, for larger offices, a workgroup of people.
Help me, help you. With document workflow, the staff can efficiently move documents through the office, electronically. Choose the appropriate person for review or approval of a document such as a lab result or MRI report, and the electronic medical records software will handle the rest.
