ChartLogic EMR | Flowsheets

One of the unique benefits of an electronic health record (EHR) system is the ability to graph and chart a patient's studies. Using ChartLogic EMR, the provider can use the electronic flowsheet to track lab results, exam elements such as Range of Motion, or even exercises and pain assessments. A flowsheet is like a spreadsheet which shows the most recent results at the top, with each additional row of results shown below. This feature of Electronic Medical Records software gives the provider a quick, at-a-glance view of the patient's condition over time.
