ChartLogic EMR | Illustrator™

ChartLogic EMR includes the ChartLogic Illustrator™, an electronic health record (EHR) tool which helps physicians with the process of educating the patient accurately. Instead of an anatomic drawing on the back of the doctors' hand (you know you've done it before); the doctor can use a standard image, annotate, draw, comment, or stamp it with an image or drawing of the patient's condition. The patient will better understand, therefore improving patient satisfaction. This process will document that the doctor completed a key component of the exam and improve the accuracy of the education the doctor provides. The image can also be saved into the exam documentation within the electronic medical records software, to be used in later sessions with the patient.
