A unique solution to connectivity and accessibility, ChartLogic EMR Mobile Doc is the equivalent of taking the paper chart home. However, unlike a paper chart, the electronic medical record is still secure and is available to the practice even from home.

Mobile Doc uses a technology to take a picture of the EHR database, saving it on your laptop or tablet. Whenever connected to the server, via the network or a secure internet connection, providers access the main database. When in "Out of Office" mode, users can still access the entire medical office software, make changes, and use PrecisionVoice™ to dictate chart notes. When returning to "In Office" mode, the system automatically takes the changes and uploads them to the server for everyone to see.
