In the world of electronic medical records software, ChartLogic EMR automatically creates a summary sheet for the provider.

Immediately upon selecting the patient, the Patient Dashboard display shows a summary of all appropriate patient information stored in the electronic health record (EHR). The dashboard information is updated in real time, and no manual process is required to maintain the data. The Patient Dashboard shows the provider, at a glance, the "need to know" information in order to take care of the patient.

The Patient Dashboard includes patient demographics, problems/diagnoses, medications, allergies, patient charts, documents, vaccinations, labs, confidential notes, images, and other helpful data to make the necessary medical decisions.
