The charting function within ChartLogic iAchieve EHR is designed to be flexible, to meet the needs of any provider, independent of their preferred EMR data entry method. The encounter note can be created to match any physicians' unique preferences: speech recognition software, point & click functions (such as checkboxes, drop-downs, and pop-ups), macro text insertions or keyboard entry.

With simple navigation to the Template Areas, such as HPI, ROS, Exam, or Vitals, ChartLogic's medical office software is customized to your charting style with a template, based on your personal exam workflow.

• Easy to use electronic health record data entry screens with customization options
• Access to our extensive library of specialty specific templates and template development staff.
• Charting screens are designed to take advantage of pen-enabled PC's or tablets, or a traditional mouse

All information captured is compiled on screen for review and, if necessary, final editing. At this point the note can be completed and signed-off; now the note is ready for distribution.
