ChartLogic Document Management

ChartLogic Document Management is a very streamlined tool that eliminates paper in your practice. Benefits include secure access from any internet connected computer (no replication required), batch scanning, and indexing of each individual document. As an add-on to ChartLogic EMR, it replaces the Scanned Charts functionality.

Document Management is also used as standalone electronic medical records software - ChartLogic PaperLess Office. Doctors can still use transcription or hand-written encounter notes and simply import or scan the notes into the electronic health record in ChartLogic PaperLess Office. As a Basic EHR, PaperLess allows your practice to realize the benefits of a paperless office, without the cost or commitment of a complete electronic medical records system. Best of all, when your practice is ready to upgrade to a complete EMR system, PaperLess will seamlessly convert to ChartLogic EMR.

ChartLogic PaperLess Office can interface to ChartLogic Practice Management, or one of over 125 different medical practice management systems. This will eliminate the need to key patient information into two different systems.
