Implementation: ChartLogic uses a very effective six-phase plan for each product implementation, which is tailored for each practice, charting style, and specialty.

Training and Support: To ensure your practice receives first-class customer support training, ChartLogic training is completed online with one-on-one, instructor-led training via a remote control interface on the Web. Proper EMR training is crucial to a practice’s success, and ChartLogic’s skilled instructors aid physicians and staff with minimal interruption to their daily operations. All upgrades occur during nights and weekends from the ChartLogic corporate office.
