| High-Speed Internet | Cloud-hosted systems require reliable internet connectivity to function. Only business-grade or commercial-grade internet service providers (ISPs) and packages should be used. Minimum internet bandwidth is 512 Kb/s up AND down for a clinic with 1-2 providers, 1.5 Mb/s or more is recommended; larger clinics require higher bandwidth. ChartLogic recommends the highest bandwidth available as this will greatly improve performance.
