Electronic Health Records

Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software

Electronic health records (EHR) are quickly becoming commonplace among hospitals and private practices. ChartLogic EHR is full of features for providers, clinical assistants, office staff, and patients. Created by medical experts, our easy-to-use solutions help you practice medicine the way you are used to, but with better results.

There are three core components to the ChartLogic EHR Suite: ChartLogic EMR, ChartLogic PM, and ChartLogic Patient Portal.

Electronic medical record (EMR). They call it the “Physician’s EMR” for a reason: physicians love using it. Providers can dictate notes as usual and navigate through notes using command-and-control voice commands. With ChartLogic’s unique one-screen approach to charting, providers can create a unique patient encounter in as few as 90 seconds. In addition, the office can reduce paper clutter and free up space by using Document Management, send prescriptions electronically using ePrescribe, and send patients home with unique educational brochures and handouts generated by our Patient Education software.

Practice management (PM). ChartLogic practice management software automates many important tasks and is extremely easy to use. Whether you’re scheduling appointments, managing reports, or billing patients, ChartLogic has all of the tools you need. More than 30 percent of claims are rejected nationally, but our Claims Center rejects less than 5 percent of claims. And finally, ChartLogic PM will help your practice increase its revenue by detecting potential billing issues before they happen and by resolving problems before the patient leaves the office.

Patient Portal (PP). We may call it a patient portal, but ChartLogic Patient Portal is a win-win solution for both patients and providers. Simply put, it’s a convenient way to connect with your patients, allowing your office to upload clinical summaries for patients to view at their own convenience and to send messages to patients via a secure portal. Patients can also complete registration before coming into the office, which is available for the office to review and approve the moment patient hits submit. But the benefits don’t end there—Patient Portal also reduces call volume and increases patient satisfaction, not to mention it makes it easy to satisfy meaningful use requirements.
