Integrated ambulatory solution exceeds basic MIPS requirements and enables client physicians to meet interoperability attestation requirements

Carlsbad, Calif. – June 12, 2018—ChartLogic, a division of Medsphere Systems Corporation, today announced that the company’s ChartLogic ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) has received 2015 Edition certification from the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) for Health Information Technology. The certification evaluation was conducted by Gaming Laboratories International, LLC, dba SLI Compliance.

The recognition of ChartLogic by ONC comes after 100 percent of the company’s clients who participated in our 2017 MIPS program successfully attested for the quality payment program.  The perfect attestation rate illustrates how ChartLogic’s dedicated team ensures client physicians receive incentives instead of penalties for MIPS now and moving forward.

“ChartLogic is committed to providing our customers with the tools necessary to meet current and ongoing interoperability needs. Our partnership with our customers is predicated on their journey and overall success. Our goal is to improve patient care and ease of use for our customers. In addition, we have our all-new platform for EHR, billing and patient engagement queued up for release by years end.” — ChartLogic President Chris Langehaug

To further promote interoperability and help clients attest, ChartLogic is partnering with Healthmonix for a joint educational webinar about the 2018 reporting period to date with a focus on what practices should keep doing, what to expect in 2019, and why the name-change from Meaningful Use to Promoting Interoperability is significant.
